Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the executive chef to ensure flawless food preparation and execution.
  • Create exquisite, flavorful dishes with an emphasis on both presentation and taste.
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff with a balanced blend of discipline and empathy.
  • Play a vital role in menu planning, supply management, and inventory control.
  • Maintain an unwavering focus on top-notch food quality and the upkeep of our kitchen.
  • Uphold the highest food quality standards, consistently meeting stringent requirements.
  • Efficiently schedule production and manage staffing needs for prompt and efficient service.
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of our cooks and food preparation teams.
  • Keep our recipe book up-to-date, refining procedures, and perfecting plating for all our menus.
  • Ensure impeccable cleanliness, safety, and food safety standards throughout all our operations.
