Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Shipping and Receiving Clerk manages shipment and receipt of all products, materials and supplies.

Work Hours:

  • 7:00  am – 4:00 pm


  • Scanning and sorting of all incoming and outgoing stock.
  • Receiving and shipping UPS and FedEx deliveries.
  • Pulling and packing orders for outgoing shipments.
  • Drive forklift for loading and receiving shipments.
  • Add and organize new parts added to the stock.
  • Verify received parts and making adjustments to stock.
  • Notifies parts counterperson when orders are received.
  • Engages with vendors and drivers.
Job Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Beginner level computer skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Time management
  • Organization skills
  • Be able to work independently

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Forklift certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to stand 90% of the day
  • Must be able to lift at least 25 lbs
