Family owned dealership in Fairfield County, CT is seeking a hands-on Service Manager to lead and grow their Service Department. This is a with a luxury dealership and state of the art facility. The Service Manager will be responsible to oversee a staff of approximately 15 individuals. It is important that the person hired is great at providing top notch customer service in order to uphold the dealer's reputation and ensure great CSI. Likewise, we are looking for a Service Manager with common sense and the ability to handle customers complaints in a professional and positive way. This is a growing dealership and we are looking for someone who can continue to grow the Service Department and production hours. Experience on CDK computer systems is a big plus. Excellent compensation package and schedule. Monday through Friday schedule.
Compensation will be in the 125k-150k+ range based on experience, performance, and track record.
