Position Summary

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors. You will ensure that every guest receives a warm welcome and prompt assistance. This role requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to maintain efficient administrative processes.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and timely manner.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of receipts and permits.
  • Support staff by providing information and guidance as needed.
  • Participate in improving business operations and customer service procedures.
  • Report to work promptly and maintain reliable attendance.
  • Adhere to company policies and standards with integrity and professionalism.
  • Help resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly work environment.

Work Environment

This position operates in a dealership office setting and requires frequent interaction with customers in person and over the phone.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One year of receptionist experience in a retail or customer-facing environment is desirable but not required.
  • Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least one year of customer service experience.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to work in a dealership administrative environment.
  • Ability to sit, stand, talk, hear, use hands, and move throughout the facility.
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Ability to focus visually and operate office equipment safely.
