  • ●  Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses, while building strong rapport with all parties involved

  • ●  Direct clients to online tools available for reviewing vehicle options, packages, features * Prepare & present demo vehicles so latest technology is enabled & ready for display (Bluetooth, navigation, green fuel options, hybrid tools, etc.)

  • ●  Use technologies with demonstration software, including video product presentations

  • ●  Explain product performance and benefits

  • ●  Assist in test-drives to explain technologies and features of vehicle to customer

  • ●  Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable equipment demonstrations for new/used

    vehicle purchases

● Troubleshoot any customer needs or concerns with tech support
