Your Role

  • Welcome customers with genuine energy and uncover their needs

  • Share product knowledge and create memorable test ride experiences

  • Guide customers through the purchase process with support from management and the F&I team

  • Manage leads using dealership-provided tools and resources

  • Deliver a customer experience that keeps riders coming back

  • Stay engaged with training, team meetings, and community events

Job Requirements:

Sales Experience Required

  • Prior sales experience is required.

  • Ability to speak a second language is preferred.

  • Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • Strong sales ability, clear communication, and excellent customer service skills are a must.

  • Organization and consistent follow-up are essential for staying connected with clients before and after the sale.

  • A current, valid driver’s license is required for all employees.

  • Basic math skills required, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
