Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Master Certified Service Technician to join our San Bruno team. This role involves diagnosing, servicing, and repairing vehicles according to established standards, as well as conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles. You will work in a fast-paced, professional environment while ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle issues using experience, analysis, and testing methods
  • Maintain the highest level of technical training and industry certifications
  • Perform service and repairs while ensuring vehicle cleanliness
  • Complete all required documentation in compliance with regulations and company standards
  • Assist in maintaining shop safety, appearance, and efficient operations including inventory management
  • Follow all safety, environmental, and shop policies
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives

Job Requirements:
  • Dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
  • Extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge of automotive systems
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Professional, dependable, and customer service oriented
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Excellent communication skills and professional appearance
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions and documentation
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
  • Positive attitude and ability to work productively in a team environment
