Position Summary

As a Lube Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance services such as fluid changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections following established procedures. You will play a key role in maintaining vehicle performance and ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance services including checking and topping off fluids, replacing filters, and rotating tires
  • Conduct multi-point inspections to identify potential vehicle issues
  • Maintain cleanliness of vehicles during service or repairs
  • Complete required documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
  • Support shop appearance, safety standards, and inventory management
  • Adhere to all shop policies, procedures, and environmental requirements
  • Participate in required staff meetings, trainings, and educational sessions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role requiring physical stamina, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. You will be expected to maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Professional, dependable, and safety-conscious work ethic
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand instructions and technical information
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as necessary
  • Previous automotive experience or training is a plus but not required
