Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Lube Technician to join our team. The Lube Technician performs routine vehicle maintenance, including fluid checks, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections, following established procedures to ensure top-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle fluid checks and replacements including oil, brake fluid, transmission fluid, power steering fluid, and coolant
  • Rotate tires and perform multi-point inspections
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness throughout service
  • Complete all required documentation accurately and in compliance with standards
  • Contribute to shop cleanliness, safety, and efficient operation
  • Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Attend staff meetings, training, and educational sessions as required
  • Assist with inventory stocking and other general tasks as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role requiring bending, kneeling, squatting, standing, and lifting heavy objects. The position operates in a fast-paced team environment where professionalism and clear communication are essential.

Job Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Knowledge of automotive servicing or repair is a plus but not required
  • Strong physical stamina and dexterity
  • Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Safety and customer service focused
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
