Lexus of Northborough is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Manager to join our prestigious Lexus dealership. As the HR Manager, you will be a key player in shaping our company culture and ensuring our employees have the resources and support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, providing guidance on performance management, conflict resolution, and career development.

  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry standards.

  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate the Lexus Certification training program. 

  • Compliance & Policy: Ensure the dealership's HR practices are in full compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws. Develop and update company policies and procedures.

  • Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance review processes, fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRIS systems, and prepare relevant reports.

  • Culture & Engagement: Champion our company culture, organizing and leading initiatives to boost employee morale, engagement, and retention.

 

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Automotive experience a plus. 

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

  • A positive, proactive, and professional demeanor.
