Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Honda Master Certified Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will service and repair vehicles efficiently following all established standards. This role includes conducting pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles to ensure top quality for our customers. We offer a competitive pay scale and support for additional automotive certification training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose vehicle issues through experience, analysis, and testing
  • Perform routine service inspections and complete standard maintenance tasks
  • Repair automobiles and light trucks as assigned
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness during service and repairs
  • Complete required documentation accurately and in compliance with regulations
  • Support shop appearance, safety standards, and inventory management
  • Follow all shop policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational programs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Post-secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in dealer-level or large automotive facilities is a plus
  • Comprehensive mechanical and electrical automotive knowledge
  • Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
  • Strong interpersonal skills for professional interactions with customers, vendors, and staff
  • Dependable and highly professional attitude
  • Focus on safety and excellent customer service
  • Basic computer and internet skills
  • Physical ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
