Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Finance and Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our growing team in Indianapolis, IN. The ideal candidate will have thorough knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, with the ability to assist customers in arranging financing and presenting additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle ownership experience.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in arranging financing for vehicle purchases and present additional products to enhance their ownership experience.
  • Structure sales to maximize dealership profitability while ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Maintain required proficiency and certifications for the role.
  • Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals efficiently.
  • Prepare and deliver paperwork and contracts for completed deals.
  • Audit team deals post-sale to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely funding of all contracts.

Job Requirements:
  • Eagerness to learn and improve performance continually.
  • College degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
  • Ability to structure deals to maximize profitability.
  • Familiarity with title laws and vehicle registration processes.
  • Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Valid driver’s license.
