Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods to allow for accurate verification and effective communication.

  • Non-slip shoes are mandatory to ensure the safety of both you and our guests.
  • You are legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous restaurant experience a plus.

Benefits:

  • Growth opportunities within our organization.
  • Professional development and ongoing training.
  • A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
  • Discounted dining experiences at Food and Thought.
  • Paid vacation.
  • Comprehensive health benefits.

Physical Requirements:

  • Flexibility: You must demonstrate flexibility by bending, twisting, stooping, and squatting as needed to ensure an efficient and enjoyable customer experience for our guests. This involves adjusting your body to accommodate different tasks and guest needs.
