Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative Cox Chevrolet Mazda Greet's all our guests in a timely , friendly and professional manner.

Answer all phone calls consistently within 3 rings.

Maintains a broad knowledge base of insurance partner requirements regarding authorizations, and billing processes

Coordinate Rental Car/Tow companies to provide one-stop service to all customers

Repair orders: all files are opened with and DRP compliance, including obtaining proper authorizations

Ensure all vehicles are delivered to our guest by the assigned estimator.

Available to assist estimator's with Guest repair updates on their vehicles.

Monitor DRP assignments, estimate/repair appointments

Secure proper payments with our insurance DRP'S as well as Non DRP'S

Filing: Daily filing of customer records, RO jackets are filed in numeric order, parts invoices, etc

Comply with Cox daily receipts guidelines and procedures

Comply with all safety rules, guidelines and standards

Perform other duties as required to successfully meet the needs of the business

Skill/Requirement High school diploma or GED

Must be at least 18 years of age

Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check

Drug screening

Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Cox’s insurance policy (not an excluded driver)

Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating Programs as well as Reynolds and Reynolds

Top
