Key Responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate when necessary.

  • Ensure excellent service standards at checkout .

  • Support cashiers in handling difficult customer interactions.

  • Monitor wait times and improve checkout efficiency.

  • Provide product or policy information to customers.

  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

  • Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.

  • Gather customer feedback and report concerns to management.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, preferably in retail or grocery.

Qualifications: 

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • 1–2 years of cashier or customer service experience (preferred).

  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Familiarity with POS systems and store procedures.

  • Strong math and accurate cash-handling skills.

  • Experience with cash reconciliation and transaction balancing.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.

  • Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided).

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

  • Reliable transportation is a must
