Position Overview

We are seeking a Customer Service Agent who excels at communication and delivering excellent service via phone. If you have a positive attitude and enjoy connecting clients with solutions, this role is an ideal fit. You will assist clients with inquiries and schedule appointments to maintain their vehicles while supporting a smooth business flow.

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and moderate outbound phone calls with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Use digital platforms to organize and manage scheduling and customer information.
  • Communicate and transfer information effectively across teams and departments.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience with phone communication or telemarketing, preferably in automotive, business development, or customer service (preferred but not required).
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude when interacting with clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with management and colleagues effectively.
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient computer and data entry skills; knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel is preferred.
