Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will manage incoming sales and service inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure customers receive excellent service. You will work closely with the Sales and Service departments to support customer needs and help generate sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments including missed visits
  • Coordinate questions and issues with appropriate departments
  • Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets
  • Confirm special order parts status
  • Support follow-up activities with phone and internet sales leads
  • Maintain and prepare required paperwork and records
  • Provide administrative assistance as needed

Job Requirements:

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Friendly and helpful demeanor
  • Highly professional and dependable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with computers and internet applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is an advantage
