Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and professional Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming sales inquiries, showroom visitors, service requests, and internet leads. You will work closely with our Sales and Service departments to ensure outstanding customer service and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone and internet.
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments, including missed ones.
  • Develop action plans to resolve customer issues and act as a liaison between customers and departments.
  • Coordinate with department personnel to address questions and challenges.
  • Track sold vehicles and monitor hot sheets to support sales activities.
  • Confirm special order parts and assist with related inquiries.
  • Follow up on phone and internet sales leads to maximize conversion.
  • Maintain accurate paperwork, records, and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to sales and service teams as required.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous experience in administrative, call center, customer service, or service concierge roles preferred.
  • Working knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Professional, helpful, and friendly attitude.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with computers, internet, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is an advantage.
  • Dependable and professional work ethic.
