Position Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual Service Business Development Representative to manage incoming service inquiries and support our Service Department's daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scheduling appointments, communicating with customers, and providing administrative assistance in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and coordinate incoming sales and service appointment requests via phone, website, and online chat
  • Schedule, confirm, and follow up on service appointments
  • Communicate with appropriate department personnel to resolve customer questions or issues
  • Conduct outbound calls regarding upcoming appointments and service due notifications
  • Assist customers in selecting suitable scheduling options and provide basic information about service pricing, duration, warranty coverage, and service packages
  • Manage paperwork and prepare necessary documentation including forms and reports
  • Track loaner vehicles provided to customers
  • Confirm special order parts
  • Perform general administrative duties to support the Service Department

Work Hours

This is a full-time position with regular business hours. Specific shift details will be provided during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
  • Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferred
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Friendly, helpful attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Highly professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and internet applications
