Job Details

Key Responsibilities

  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot customer vehicle concerns accurately.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to all customers encountered.
  • Assist in greeting customers at the Service Drive when needed.
  • Stay current with technical publications, Service Comm, and Asist terminal operations.
  • Deliver safe and high-quality vehicle repairs the first time.
  • Resolve all original customer concerns before addressing additional service needs.
  • Inspect vehicles for maintenance and repair opportunities based on factory and local recommendations.
  • Ensure vehicles are returned to customers clean or cleaner than when received.
  • Participate in factory and in-house training programs to improve skills.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and attach necessary shop forms.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Maintain punctuality, dress code compliance, and professionalism at all times.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Experience in warranty and non-warranty inspections, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude with high energy and motivation.
  • Ability to read and understand technical instructions and documentation.
  • Good judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • ASE certification demonstrating technical aptitude.
  • Technical or trade school degree is preferred.
