Job Description:

Energetic Automotive Service Manager needed for leading domestic dealership in the Charleston, South Carolina market. This is with a high-volume dealership with many long term employees and a great reputation. The successful candidate will have experience as a Service Manager in a fast paced, high volume service department and be great with customers. We are hiring a Service Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the department and serve as the right hand to the Fixed Operations Director. The Service Manager will be responsible to oversee a team of 9 advisors, a lane manager, and dispatcher. Likewise, this person will be responsible to resolve any customer issues that arise so that customers leave happy and keep coming back. The Service Manager will also be expected to hold morning meetings, bring energy to the service drive, and keep employees motivated and striving to be better than the day before. It is imperative that the Service Manager is someone that leads by example and is a positive mentor to the service staff. Must be professional, articulate, and have great time management skills. Likewise, it is important that the Service Manager is a great delegator and keeps the service team on task with proper policies, procedures, and expectations. The department is in great shape and expects to continue the same level, if not more, success. Modern facility and dealer is up to date on new technologies and industry trends. This is a new position as the dealer continues to grow and we are looking for a long-term person who can continue to grow with the organization. Competitive six figure compensation package in the 110k-140k range depending on experience and track record.
