Job Responsibilities

  • Greet service customers promptly in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Inspect vehicles and review service history to accurately identify and verify customers' service needs.
  • Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding product and service requirements.
  • Provide accurate estimates of service costs and completion times, securing proper customer authorization.
  • Monitor vehicle service progress and communicate any changes to costs, completion times, or recommended services for customer approval.
  • Administer warranty repairs for new and used vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines.
  • Confirm service appointments by phone the day before scheduled visits and perform follow-up communications after repairs.
  • Inspect vehicles before delivery to ensure all services and repairs are completed properly and inform customers accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws relating to automobile repair and consumer protection.
  • Demonstrate company values consistently in all interactions with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Working Hours

This is a full-time, in-person position with hours aligned to the dealership service department schedule.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of two years experience as a service advisor in the automotive industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license for Alabama with a clean driving record.
  • Positive attitude and energetic personality.
  • Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to perform well in a process-driven environment.
