AUTOMOTIVE SALES MANAGER - Loyalty Chevrolet & Cadillac 

Loyalty Chevrolet & Cadillac is part of the Loyalty Automotive group of dealerships in Richmond and Williamsburg. Loyalty is a locally, family-owned, growing automotive group that values employees and offers opportunity for real career growth. We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated SALES MANAGER to guide our talented sales team and deliver results. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth 
  • Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team
  • Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally 
  • Present and review sales reports and forecasts to management team 
  • Manage sales team to optimize performance and individual employee goals 
  • Vehicle trade-ins and appraisals

Required Skills 

  • F&I experience 
  • Track record of sales success and leadership
  • High level of customer service  
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Ability to problem-solve 
  • Effective communicator - both verbal and written 
  • Passion for mentoring and managing people 
  • Computer and automotive CRM programs proficiency
