Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Consultant who enjoys working with customers and has a passion for cars. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service and help match clients with the right vehicles to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and understand their vehicle requirements.
  • Accompany customers on test drives and explain vehicle features and technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of products, sales strategies, and inventory details.
  • Understand optional packages and latest automotive technologies.
  • Handle customer objections effectively and maintain confidence in sales situations.
  • Report sales objectives and ideas to the Sales Manager.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Close sales and coordinate vehicle delivery to customers.
  • Use dealership CRM and follow-up procedures to maintain customer engagement.
  • Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic daily.

Job Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience is an advantage; automotive sales experience preferred but not required. Training provided.
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
  • Self-motivated with an ambitious and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and team members.
  • Outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient computer and phone skills, including internet and CRM systems.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
