Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers to provide information about new and pre-owned vehicles, including features, financing options, and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional appearance, and a passion for customer service and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with vehicle selection by highlighting model options, features, and value-added products.
  • Conduct vehicle test drives while ensuring safety and compliance with traffic laws.
  • Explain vehicle operation, warranties, and servicing requirements during delivery.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and records.
  • Negotiate sales ethically and professionally to close deals effectively.
  • Stay informed about current vehicle models, accessories, financing plans, and dealership promotions.
  • Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support dealership operations.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous sales experience is preferred but not required.
  • Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently to achieve sales goals.

  • Basic computer and internet proficiency.
