Position Summary

The Automotive Lot Attendant Porter is essential in maintaining the appearance and quality of our vehicle inventory. This role requires careful attention to detail, dedication to customer satisfaction, and effective collaboration with the service, sales, and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team and align your work with the company’s vision and mission
  • Remove protective covers and identification tags from vehicles before customer delivery
  • Inspect vehicles for stains, debris, and damage; report any issues promptly
  • Clean the interiors and exteriors of new and used vehicles
  • Maintain an organized vehicle lot and move vehicles as required for display standards
  • Transport vehicles between storage and the lot as needed
  • Test batteries of customer vehicles in the service drive
  • Perform maintenance tasks on the building and grounds when necessary
  • Assist with shop cleanup and delivery handling

Work Hours

This is a full-time, in-person position. Specific work schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with safe vehicle operation skills
  • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional attitude
  • Capability to safely handle machinery and perform physical tasks
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Willingness to comply with company safety standards and pre-employment screenings, including background checks, motor vehicle record reviews, drug testing, and credit reports
