Automotive Internet Sales

As an Internet Sales Manager at our dealership, you’ll be responsible for managing sales activities. From generating and managing Internet sales leads, helping customers that call into the dealership, and helping our customers that walk in, you’ll be instrumental in helping our team continue our success.

Responsibilities:
Contact customers and perform a needs analysis including make, type, and features of vehicle desired.  
Explain features and demonstrates the operation of the vehicle in the showroom or on the road.  
Researches availability of models and optional equipment using computer database.  
Works with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate the sales price, including tax, trade-in allowance, license fee, and discount, and requirements for financing or lease payment of the vehicle. Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory daily.  
Completes all paperwork and arranges for delivery and registration of the vehicle.  
Deliver and familiarize the customer with their new vehicle.  
Attend/complete the required training and department meetings.  
Regular and predictable attendance is a must.

Job Requirements:

One year of sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Sales skills, great communication, excellent customer service skills, and a positive can-do attitude are a must.
Organization and thorough follow-up skills are necessary for staying in touch with the client prior to and after the sale.
A current valid driver’s license is required for all employees.
Mathematical skills including the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
