The Role:

PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our DTO (Dealer Training Optimization) team. 

As an Service Software Trainer, you will provide excellent training to our new and existing customers in the service module of our Dealer Management software for the Automotive Industry by assisting customers during develop, install and training process of their new dealership software. You will be assisting the customer with new software install training as well as on line/on the phone assistance. 

This is an entry-level position that provides you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge in a growing and established company. You are quick to respond and are very proactive in planning and organizing your overall tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, customer service oriented and is a self-starter, will have a passion for technology and thrive on a changing landscape.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Provide excellent support to our customers in our software
  • Write up tickets and investigate issues that arise and escalate issues to the corresponding teams
  • Maintain documentation and update as processes change within department
  • Responds to both internal and external training requests in a timely manner
  • Works directly with customer and trains all sessions in assigned module or modules
  • Be able to talk about and be able to navigate our DMS Software to be able to better assist
  • Ensure DTO queue is monitored
  • Become an install resource without assistance

 Qualifications:

  • Dealership Service Department experience 
  • Customer service experience
  • Possess excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Works well both with a team and independently
  • Ability to embrace variety, structure, change and innovation
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit – web
  • High School Diploma
  • Available to travel up to 50% of the time (2 weeks per month) in US and Canada
  • Available to work occasionally Saturday and/or Sunday due to travel schedule
