Top notch Corporate Automotive BDC Director needed for leading family-owned dealership group in a beautiful area of Kentucky. This is a high-volume sales oriented BDC Department and the successful candidate will have prior experience as a BDC Director for a high volume dealership or, ideally, multiple dealerships. Moreover, we are looking for a long-term hire who will take ownership of their department and who will implement the proper policies and procedures for long-term success.
This is a new role as the dealer group continues to grow and needs to add a further level of accountability to their BDC. The dealer group is selling over 1,000 cars per month between their stores. There are over 5,000 leads coming in to the BDC Department monthly. The Corporate BDC Director will be responsible to ensure that the 5,000+ leads coming into their department each month are properly handled and that the right systems and processes are in place for further growth. Accordingly, we are looking for a BDC Director that is very strong with matrices and is highly analytical. This person will oversee a staff of approximately 25-30 people total, including BDC Team Leads at each location. Must be a strong trainer with ideas and follow through. It is imperative that the person hired has a strong moral compass, treats people fairly, and is someone that leads by example. This position is with a dealer group that believes in providing a positive work environment for their employees and creating a team-oriented environment. This is a very low-turnover dealer group and a phenomenal long-term opportunity for a true Corporate BDC Director.
