White Plains Honda is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and a supportive work environment. We are currently seeking an experienced Automotive BDC Manager to join our team and lead our Business Development Center (BDC) Consultants to success.

Job Details

  • Salary: From $120,000 to $130,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage BDC Consultants to meet department metrics for customer contacts, appointment setting, appointment shows, and sales.
  • Maintain and increase return on investment (ROI) levels as set by the company.
  • Support the sales process for vehicles, service, aftermarket, and finance products.
  • Assist with training sales and BDC staff on e-Sales office functions.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email.
  • Measure and maintain performance levels according to company standards.
  • Prepare and submit all required reports promptly.
  • Manage employee schedules and oversee time clock reporting for payroll accuracy.
  • Monitor and report appointment shows and sales by BDC Consultants for commissions and bonuses.
  • Handle hiring, evaluating, managing, counseling, terminating, and disciplining of BDC personnel.
  • Utilize CRM and lead management tools efficiently.
  • Implement and train employees on processes related to BDC operations.
  • Maintain knowledge of sales processes, company philosophy, and product offerings.
  • Follow company behavioral expectations aligned with White Plains Honda’s vision and values.

Work Environment and Schedule

This is a full-time position based in White Plains, NY. Flexible availability is required to meet department needs.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in an automotive dealership is required.
  • Proven sales experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a call center environment.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software, internet tools, Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong team player with a professional demeanor.
  • Flexible availability to support department operations.
