The Role:

PBS Systems is looking for an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our PBS Client Services Support team in its Accounting division. 

As an Accounting Client Support Analyst, you will provide excellent software support to our new and existing customers in the accounting side of our Dealer Management software for the Automotive Industry by delivering immediate solutions and services or escalating if necessary to other departments.

You will be responsible for assisting customers who call in to support center, this might be in the form of troubleshooting, assisting with process, taking feedback regarding bugs or enhancements or supporting the implementation teams by visiting the customer site for new software install training.

This is an entry-level position that provides you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge in a growing and established company. You are quick to respond and are very proactive in planning and organizing your overall tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, customer service oriented and is a self-starter, will have a passion for technology and thrive on a changing landscape.

  • Provide excellent software support to our customers
  • Ensure support services are delivered professionally and effectively
  • As a Client Services Support Analyst, you need to be able to communicate effectively, provide empathy for the customer, as well as build and maintain positive relationships
  • Work on project teams supporting other departments and installation needs
  • Monitor and respond to helpdesk tickets assigned to your team
  • The Accounting Support Analyst keeps users informed about their escalations/incident’s status at agreed intervals 

 

Qualifications:

  • Dealership Accounting Department experience
  • Bilingual in French would be an asset but is not required
  • Customer service experience
  • Possess excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Works well both with a team and independently
  • Ability to embrace variety, structure, change and innovation
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit – web
  • Fundamentals of basic accounting
  • High School Diploma
  • Available to travel up to 50% of the time (2 weeks per month) in US and Canada
  • Available to work occasionally Saturday and/or Sunday due to travel schedule
