Job Description:

Automotive Body Shop Technician Apprentice

Customer satisfaction is a result of your personal work habits and ethics and is of utmost importance as part of your job function.

The Body Shop Technician Apprentice is also responsible for setting goals for personal service improvement, and monitor progress against customer satisfaction index numbers and production numbers as provided by the Body Shop Director. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Disassemble and reassembly of vehicles and related parts
  • Minor bodywork in accordance with a repair estimate
  • Keep work area and surrounding areas clean an neat
  • Follow directions given by the mentoring technician
  • Be a team player with a sense of urgency with everything we do
  • Have a positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed in the industry
  • Perform any other duties assigend by the Body Shop Director or Production Supervisor


Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Automotive body shop experience is a plus.
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
  • Time Management – ability to manage one’s own time
  • Attention to detail
  • 18 years or older
  • Possess an acceptable driving record.

Required Education:
High school diploma or equivalent
