Are you an experienced Automotive Sales Manager or Top Producing Sales Consultant?

Infiniti of Hanover is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager / Sales Consultant to come aboard and grow with our rapidly expanding dealership! We are looking for a high energy, outgoing applicant WITH EXCEPTIONAL SALES SKILLS!  This is NOT a Desk Manager position.  Previous Automotive Sales Manager experience is a PLUS, but NOT Required.  However, TOP PRODUCING Automotive Sales Consultant experience IS REQUIRED.  Strong closing skills are also REQUIRED!  This position will also be required to assist with Finance once a week. ï  Establish recommended sales and profit objectives

ï  Stay abreast of incoming inventory, features, accessories, etc., and how they benefit customers

ï  Attend managers' meetings and training as requested

ï  Review and analyze actions at the end of each day, week, month and year to determine how to better utilize time and plan more effectively

ï  Know and understand the federal, state and local laws which govern retail auto sales

ï  Interact with all other Departments to realize customer satisfaction goals

ï  Recruit, hire, manage, and monitor the performance of all vehicle sales employees

ï  Supervise the efforts of salespeople to enhance the image and customer satisfaction ratings of the dealership

ï  Monitor and analyze salespeople's performances

ï  Assist salespeople in closing deals and helping clients

ï  Communicate with salespeople to ensure that dealership policies and procedures are understood and followed

ï  Maintain a timely owner follow-up system via the CRM
