Pat Lobb's Toyota of McKinney is seeking an additional BDC representative that will perform customer service coordination. This position receive and make outbound phone calls with customers by answering questions, assisting with vehicle issues and/or scheduling appointments. This critical position is the first impression for customers contacting the dealership via phone.
The Customer Service role is a full-time position servicing the dealership's customers by:
Answering phone calls in a timely manner.
Assessing customer's needs and routing call to appropriate dealer representative, as needed.
Scheduling customer appointments with Service Advisors.
Advising customers with service, and/or parts information, as needed.
Log customer activity in CRM.
Other projects, as needed.
Minimum two years in a customer service position, preferably in a call center or phone-based role.
Candidate must have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments with limited supervision.
Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
Must be punctual, with solid time-management skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
Valid in-state driver's license.
